Product Overview

SuperFeet BLUE Insoles with Low To Medium Arches are made for tight-fitting footwear of all types. With the most versatile shape of any SuperFeet insoles and medium volume, these insoles provide the biomechanical support you need for complete comfort but will fit easily into shoes where other insoles just won’t work.

Recommended for:

- Feet with low to medium arches that can’t tolerate maximum support products.

- All kinds of tight-fitting shoes, including cleats, running and hiking shoes and casual and dress shoes.

These SuperFeet insoles from provide support and cushioning in almost any kind of footwear and provide exceptional results. The heel cup can help you feel better by holding the rear of the foot in a natural position and providing shock absorption that helps alleviate the symptoms of plantar fasciitis, heel spurs and other kinds of heel pain. The low profile, however, means this type of insoles fits into shoes better than other others from SuperFeet.

All SuperFeet trim-to-fit insoles feature FOUNDATION XPLE foam, a closed-cell, ulta-light material that helps reduce shock while increasing overall comfort. BLUE insoles also include Agion treatment on the top covers to help reduce bacteria that can cause foot health issues and smelly feet. This silver-based agent is also featured in all SuperFeet insoles.

SuperFeet BLUE insoles can help reduce or eliminate issues beyond just foot problems. Foot health has a dramatic impact on overall health, including skeletal alignment issues that can cause pain. When feet are supported every day and during all kinds of activities, overall health can improve and bodily aches and pains can be reduced.

These shoe insoles may also be effective for reducing pronation, blisters, bunions and so-called hot spots that result from friction. Plus, the reduction of stress on ligaments and muscles can allow you to stand or walk longer without pain.

Common Questions:

Do GREEN insoles have lower arch supports than BLUE insoles?

No, GREEN insoles don’t have lower arches than BLUE insoles. GREEN insoles have higher arches because they’re made from a thicker sheet of foam. The top foam sheet of BLUE insoles before being molded is one-quarter inch thick; the top sheet of GREEN insoles is three-eighths inch thick. Therefore, if you have flat feet, you may find the BLUE product more comfortable.

Can I use SuperFeet Blue insoles in Gore-Tex boots?

The support ridges in the bottom of these insoles can cut through the Gore-Tex lining, so we don’t recommend them for use with Gore-Tex boots or similar lined boots. While this doesn’t always happen, it’s a significant enough occurrence that we cannot recommend using these inserts in Gore-Tex boots unless you first insert a so-called five-iron, a foam layer made by another company than protects the lining.

What can I do if SuperFeet insoles cause or increase my shoe and foot odor?

Keeping shoes, feet and insoles clean is essential to eliminating odor. Remove the insoles daily, clean them twice a week with mild soap and water and allow them to air dry outside the shoe. In addition, add some baby powder to the inside of your shoes to reduce odor. Don’t wear the same shoes and inserts more than three days in a row, and bathe feet carefully in Epsom salts once or twice a week. Applying body lotion to feet can also help eliminate foot odor.

One of the best inserts I have used. Expensive, but work well. Will buy again.

I thought and my foot doctor also that the insole would help with my planter fasciitis problem. I can't find anty difference and I am disappointed.

    Blue Inserts

I didn't go higher than 4 stars yet because I haven't been wearing them very long. I have flat feet and undiagnosed arch pain - so painful I can hardly walk across the room sometimes. I am surprised and very pleased at my improvement after wearing the inserts just a few days! I would definitely recommend that others try them. I chose the blue due to their lower profile, fearing that the other colors would be too much for my low arches.
