Made of a polypropylene shell encased in a unique double-layer cushioning, it has a well-contoured stabilizing heel cradle and built in platforms under the heel and leading edge. The special anti-bacterial ETC fabric cover prevents slippage, and reduces friction, heat, and perspiration.

    Powerstep Pinnacle orthotics extra cushioning has made it possible for me to run everyday without my feet hurting me. I stand most of the day and after wearing these orthotics I do not get the feet pain that I use to get when I went to bed at night.

    I have used Powerstep orthotics for the last 6 or 7 years. They continue to provide the most consistent support for my high arches.

    Inserts are quality product as advertised. Actually provide relief for plantar fasciitis. Still need more cushion for my bursitis. What is remarkable is quality service from footcaredepot. Inserts are very good but not perfect for me. With footcaredepot I can afford to experiment and try another pair with no worries. So much better than overpriced custom inserts from my podiatrist. 5 stars to footcaredepot for quick shipping, great prices, and excellent service. Thank You !!

    I have ordered this specific model - Powerstep Pinnacle before because it provides great arch support for anything from walking to running, tennis, cross cpuntry skiing or shovelling snow. Outstanding product for medium to high arch. You can basically outfit 10 pairs of shoes for the price of 1 pair of custom orthotics.
