Shipping Policy

All orders ship the next business day from Florida except on national holidays. All orders placed on holidays will be shipped the next business day. Example: You order Monday we ship Tuesday. You order Friday we ship Monday. The cut off time for orders to be shipped the next day is 12:00 AM EST. Most orders are shipped via Postal Service while some larger items must be shipped via UPS. You will be emailed when your order ships and a delivery confirmation number from USPS or UPS will be provided. All orders with free shipping will be sent via Postal Service 1st class mail and delivery time is 5 - 8 business days.  Customers have the option to select USPS Priority Mail delivery for an additional charge of $6.95. Priority Mail delivery time is 2 - 3 business days from the day the order ships.

 

Returns Policy -

You can print this page and include with your return or just hand write the information we need and include with your return.

Only the products below can be returned in USED condition:

Heel Seats - Can be returned within 120 days of the purchase date

Amazing Insoles Liquid Orthotics - Can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date

Night Splints - Can be returned within 120 days of the purchase date

SuperFeet Insoles - Can be returned within 60 days of the purchase date

ALL other products can be returned in NEW condition with original undamaged packaging within 30 DAYS. You will receive a full refund less original shipping costs(includes free shipping items) within 20 days of us receiving the return. If used items are returned(except for Heel Seats, Liquid Orthotics, Night Splints & Superfeet) they will not be accepted and the customer must pay to have them shipped back.  If original product packaging is not included a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

*Exchanges can take several weeks to process. You can only exchange items for a different size of the same item. You cannot exchange an item for a different item with a different price.  The best way to exchange is to simply send back the item you have for a refund and place a new order for whatever new item you want.

If you're exchanging what product and size are you exchanging for?(item must be the same price).  Exchanges require a $6.95 check to cover shipping/handling. Please make out to "Sole Source Imports, Inc."

If you are sending back for a warranty claim please include a check for $4.95.
